After you sign up, you will be sent a Zoom link. At 6am (Pacific Time) on Monday, October 2nd, click on the Zoom link and follow along to a live, fun workout.
A 30-minute live group workout including stretching and a full-body strength and balance workout. Go at your own pace. All levels and abilities are welcome!
Whatever you want (workout clothes, professional clothes, pajamas,...). Clothes that are comfortable.
30-minutes - Your time is valuable. While we have fun, we don't dilly dally. We start and end on time.
